Visualization of bodybuilding and fitness
It has been several years since I am not on a bodybuilding stage (15 years) but one of the tools I used for success in competition was visualization. Most bodybuilders do not apply this technique to their training, but it really makes a difference not only your confidence but also you physical performance.

We've all heard how Michael Jordan himself used to imagine to run the game winner every night and I think it goes without saying that many Teams have tried to keep the ball away from Michael Jordan because of that. His decision to view this move was a formality that his mental body had to play outside. The firing became very easy because he did again and again and again in his mind. There was therefore no problem with him making it again once with the ball.

Pre-viewing drive
There are a number of visualization techniques that can be used in bodybuilding and fitness. The first is what I call the visualization of pre-training. In this technique, I see how my sets individually, the representation by Rep. The visualization process
